I loved this quick and easy program. The support in the private Facebook group is outstanding. This exceeded expectations and I felt less inflamednfoenweeks to follow. I plan to do this again and again. I make the recipes even off detox plan. I cna easily several times a year.

I love the idea of getting these extra nutrients in my toddler. not only do we lovebthe taste (out in blender with water or coconut milk)., but we’ve added to smoothies as well. I love this for after spinning class as a post workout recovery. Full disclosure - I often take a scoop with a spoon as a snack too.. Best tasting plant based protein out there that tastes great with water. So excited to try the new protien changes. I will report back!

Although I try and eat healthy on a regular basis, there are times I get caught in a bad cycle of eating ( processed foods, more sugar than normal and overall just snacking rather than eating wholesome meals). The cleanse has been the absolutely best thing I have found for restarting my healthy eating habits. After doing the cleanse i feel I have a fresh start with food . For one, cravings for less than ideal foods are completely gone. I feel lighter ( physically and mentally) and I don’t see food as something to just consume but rather spend extra time preparing things that will actually nourish me. Trust me once you begin to rid your body of toxins ( which happens during cleanse) you will think twice what you put in your mouth and really see food as fuel we need to sustain a healthy and active lifestyle. I've done this cleanse several times and will continue to do this because of the way it makes me feel. I start to feel much better about half way through the cleanse. The recipes are delicious, and I continue to make my favorites after the cleanse is over. I also continue to take the Daily Greens and Daily Minerals every day because they help me so much.

This is by far my favorite protein drink ( and I have tried many) . Unlike many other protein drinks that taste and smell completely artificial, this one is made up of real ingredients that have so many health benefits I can actually feel good about consuming it. I love to drink it before dance or any excersize class. It fills me up and prevents me from careless snacking. Thrilled that I came across his amazing brand. Finally something that works! I was diagnosed with Sjogrens and I know inflammation will aggravate my symptoms, so I thought I'd give this a try. I've tried so many programs that I haven't been able to stick to. I've been following Dr. Gioffre's low acid diet for 3 months and it's easy to follow and I feel great, and most Important to me is I've been able to give up my sugar addiction and I don't miss it.
