I haven’t noticed anything myself, but my Hume band says my muscle mass is going up. So, I’ll keep taking it.

We received this product promptly and in fact. Directions are easy to follow and it is working for me. I also received an email to make sure I was enjoying the Creatine, if I had any questions and about my future order. It is nice to have a quick reply with an actual person. Thank you.

Shipping was prompt.

Great communication about my auto shipments. Products arrive when they say the will. Quality products and decent prices.
