I've been using this product for just over a month now. The taste is good. I am not really certain of the benefits, because this is one of a few new supplements I have started. That being said, there are no side effects that I have noticed, and it feels like a good addition to my hydration powder in my water before and during my workouts. 4 stars for it being a while to get it shipped, but otherwise the product seems good.
