It’s been eight days since I ordered my product, and there’s still no update. It still shows as not shipped. I have reached out to customer service with no reply. I would definitely not recommend this company if you want to receive your product or get any respect from a company that at least replies to your inquiry.

I’ve emailed 3 times now and have yet to get a response. I ordered 2 weeks ago and there has been no communication even when I asked for a refund. DONT BUY FROM HERE!

I was really excited to receive my bedding however the cream colour is in fact pale grey (it looks like it’s been washed several times with darks) I’m awaiting a response to resolve the issue however I’m unable to reach them via their contact number. First time ordering from them and so far this is really disappointing

Very disappointed with my experience. Hommey clearly doesn’t understand US sizing — I ordered a Queen and was sent the wrong size. Days of back and forth with customer service and still no clear resolution. If you’re selling in the US, get the sizing right.

Quality of both of the products were amazing, the only issue I have is that it seems odd how you sell a quilt cover for $200 and then don’t include pillow cases. . like usual quilt sets. Yes the quality is amazing but I can’t justify spending that sort of money again for it not to come will pillow cases. The photos make it seem like it’s a full set, I didn’t clearly read the description.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order and paid a significant amount of money, but I never received my package. I’ve contacted the company multiple times, but responses have been slow. It’s been far too long, it’s fair to say I won’t be receiving my order and I’m still waiting for my refund. This service is unacceptable, I’m at a loss while they retain the funds. I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.

Very poor customer service. Actually, customer service was non-existent when an unsecured parcel was delivered to me and an item missing. I messaged and also phoned asking for Hommey's help to resolve the issue since the delivery contract is between Hommey and Australia Post, and Hommey needed to take the lead. No help nor correspondence was ever received from Hommey. They don't care. This occurred the 21/2 and still no reply or apology for what happened and not helping by 26/2. I now have the missing item for which Hommey receives no credit. Very disappointed in Hommey's lack of care and extremely poor customer service. Inefficient and untimely.

These people are scammers. After being recommended by a family member I purchased an online e-gift card for $150. My card was charged and I received an order confirmation however have not received the voucher after two weeks. I've emailed them 4 times and sent DMs on Instagram, and called the store with with no response. Do not purchase from these people.

I love the striped design for the cotton bedsheets They feel great to sleep in I love the fact there organic cotton I’m slowly getting two sets each for my partners bed and mine cotton works best for my grounding earthing fitted sheet which is how I came to find this site. I am grateful I have! Would love even brighter coloured bedsheets please!! Super have you do super king sizes too!!
