I am delighted with my new compost bin (Blackwall 220) which also came with a very useful guide to home composting. It was easy to set up, looks neat and is good quality. The only reason I have dropped a star is that I didn't know it had been delivered - it arrived on a Sunday, ahead of your email notification that it was on its way and was left outside the front porch door without the driver ringing the bell. It was only by chance I happened to walk round to the front and see it - the delivery note wasn't found until a neighbour called and said there was something jammed in my letterbox. Apart from that, the service was first class

It took a while before the compost converter was delivered but I was expecting that. I was out at the time and it was left tucked in beside my gate. All very satisfactory.
