I recently purchased two cases for my iPhone 15 plus on a BOGO sale a couple months ago. Both cases came in a timely manner and were exactly what I ordered. My Mallard & Co. case from The Boyfriend Collection was defective and the magsafe magnet was not strong enough to hold any kind of accessory like a magsafe wallet or PopSocket. Both immediately would fall off if tinkered with the slightest bit. I emailed in and spoke to many different representatives about my concern with my new case. All I had to do was send video proof of what was happening with my case and they offered me a replacement case within the same day. The replacement case was currently out of stock during my email correspondences but the customer service team kept me very up-to-date about when my new case would be sent out. It ended up being a lot later than we both expected but when it was finally shipped out it came within less than a week and Casely sent me a promo code to use on my next purchase for the inconvenience. I appreciate this company so much for their customer service team alone. Their cases are top notch otherwise and I’ve been using them both consistently! Thank you, Casely!!!
