I'm new to the crypto world and this wallet was not easy to use. I'm still having issues to transfer my XRP in Binance to this wallet. Now I'm planning to get a new wallet from Ledger instead. Very disappointed and unsatisfied.

Not very easy to use. The purchase platforms continually block purchases for no apparent reason. Documents provided as requested, and informed that the limit had been increased, when in reality it was DECREASED. Very frustrating. Have not reached my purchasing goal due to all the harassment. Maybe it's time to try someone else.

I really like it for now. And hopefully you will keep making good products like this.

Waste of money. Could not transfer XRP into Arculus wallet. Could not get any assistance just excuses or automated responses.
