Great looking card pretty easy to use , but still working on the web 3 to tie the cold wallet card to.

I’ve received no instructions in the package, nor a follow up call or email from your company on how to proceed now that I have it; which is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE…!

Being new to the Crypto world, I was advised to move the coins into a cold wallet. So I purchased Arculus. The tutorial was useful to initially set up the wallet and then to transfer my coins from the exchange, which was a little more tricky to get the two to connect. I find the app layout sometimes more difficult to navigate as a beginner, but I'm sure it will get better with experience. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it.
