Great product

This company does a really good job shipping was quick no issues there. I seem to have gotten a different quality product from you that what I received from Hella Handmade Creations maybe. The files from them Broke and Chipped easily. So far I purchased 3 separate times due to chipping and breakage. So, my large Pedicure Bar snapped in half when I set down on the counter on a towel after washing it and I loved it so I purchased another from HHC. My small Moon File has been chipping, and I don't know why upon further inspection it seemed to have imperfections. So, instead of trying to go back to Hella Handmade Creations after having the files for awhile. . . I just went and purchased from your site instead to see if they were any better. I am sad though I am stuck with a Half Moon with chips and lost the Big Pedi File and had to re-purchase it. I'm not rough on my files and was very gentle and I wanted someone to know.
