We received your order #15703, August 6, 2026. Everything looks great, especially with the Tall 5 Piece leather roll case. We were very pleased, but we had one major disappointment. We were very surprised that you didn’t consider this detail. It turns out the mail scissors (4704)have a rounded shape. While this is convenient for trimming nails, it’s incompatible with the tall 5 piece leather roll in which the scissors are transported and stored. They press against the surface of the case and puncture it. In a few weeks, the case will develop a hole due to the rounded shape of the scissors, since the tips of the scissors point upward or downward (it doesn’t matter) and will puncture the surface of the case. Also, the image of the scissors on your website does not accurately represent their actual shape. In the photo, you can see that they have a straight shape and show no curvature at all. Perhaps if you purchase the scissors along with a case designed specifically for these scissors, it works well, but when used with a case intended for multiple items, it damages the beautiful leather roll case. We consider this to be poorly thought out and request that you send a separate protective cap for the scissors (perhaps made of silicone) that can be slipped over the tip and placed inside the leather case. This is the best nail file I've ever owned. It files quickly and smoothly without creating tagged edges. It may take some time to learn to shape my nails properly with it, but I think it will be worth it. It arrived in good condition, in a reasonable amount of time, and with very little plastic packaging.

These files are EXCELLENT. The best glass files I have ever used.
