Very heavy duty bigger then expected. But work great with out outdoor events when putting our extreme canopy up

In hand backdrop does not match approved proof colors. Customer service in ordering was excellent the lady called to check in and verify everything and even offered feed back from their design person on a few things so excellent service on that part. Ordering was super easy as well! I am happy with the quality of the product it’s solid material that is heavy and not thin and does not wrinkle overall the material is made well and pictures great! I am very disappointed in the color though and how one of my logos blends. I have double checked the proof I approved and the proof shows a much darker solid backdrop color is a defined logo color separation. Unfortunately the backdrop I received the solid color is MUCH lighter and the color of the logo they made the same color as the solid color so you loose the out letters of the logo because it blends into the solid backdrop color.
