Super pleased with the quality and functionality of the base/upright /crossbar system. The rubber protectors I bought for the base plates will not stay on. They come off during each show while just resting on the floor. Thats afrustrating.

Good quality product that was difficult to find else where. I bought a sturdy bag for long metal poles that I will use for a camping tent. I could not find such a bag in outdoor stores.

Everything came quickly and as advertised and then after the fact I needed something changed on my invoice and the accounts team were able to help me right away.

I've ordered a few times from GE and I've been pleased over all. The only issue that I have found was that in ordering the same type and color drape on 2 separate occasions yielded me two slightly different colors of drape. This is more than likely because they were from different lots or batches but there should be more consistency in the process, IMHO. No one could tell once the uplights were on the drape but it was still a process to make them look the same.

These are the best backdrop stands I have ever used! No dropping and very easy to adjust the height.

Product is great, case (which was extra) is not. Took a long time to move stuff around and I ended up having to sit on the case to make it close. When ordering it made it appear it would fairly easy to put all items in the case and close it. I knew something wasn't right when all items didn't even ship inside the case.
