My wife and I visited the George Richards store in Ajax on the evening of November 17, 2025, and we were extremely impressed with the level of customer service we received. I needed a shirt for a function the next day, and the sales associate went above and beyond—she called the tailor at 6:40 PM, and he came to the store, took my shirts, completed the alterations, and returned within an hour. Truly incredible! We could hardly believe the dedication and genuine care both the sales associate and the tailor showed. They quite literally saved my day. Exceptional service like this is rare to find anymore. We highly recommend this store without hesitation. Thank you again—we will definitely be back!
