I had a faulty tube sent to me where the tube wasn't sealed correctly at the end. The rep responded THE SAME DAY, apologized for the faulty tube and a replacement tube was on the way. Great service! Am extremely pleased with the product. Customer support is outstanding and the product WORKS!

I havent seen any difference.

I can't use your product because I'm allergic to it. I called about a refund but they don't give refunds, just credits. A lot of good a credit will do me if I can't use your product.

So far I’ve used the product for 2 weeks, and I’ve noticed a slight improvement in the bags j def my eyes. I will use for a while and determine if the benefits are worth the cost.

I loved trying out these products from Genucel. The selection was great. And the package arrived undamaged. I just wish I could afford to use it all the time. But, unfortunately, it is out of my price range at this time. I will try it again, if ever I can.

You sent me repeat orders without my consent. I do like your products. However I don't like being force fed lotion. Your business practice makes it unsafe to do business with you however.

The store and delivery is fine. As I said on a previous review, the every 30 days subscription is too soon. I can't use all the product in a month. So, I pause the subscription.

Im sure its a great product. My skin is too sensitive made my face bright red for several days. . . i gave the products to my sister and she loves it.

Customer Service was awesome! The Shop program was showing my order as delivered but I never received it. Customer Service shipped out another replacement order and I had it within a few days. They never treated me like “I was lying” like some other companies do. I will forever sing the praises of their customer service.

I tried it to reduce the bags under my eyes. None of the products I tried worked.

Customer service was nonexistent. You don’t get any instructions on using the products together.

Haven’t started yet I will fill it out again when I start. I just been in the hospital for two months.
