So far I have purchased nine of these computers from Geekom. I use them for both of my businesses. They are powered on 24/7 and we have never had an issue. They run cool and quite. They seem to be well engineered and constructed with precision. I have a few A7 models and the rest are the i9 XT12 pro models. I have zero complaints. I hope, when and if I need customer service, they will be there for me. I am not only the owner of the companies but I am the IT guy too, unfortunately. This is why I need to count on the machines and the support. So far so good!

This Mini PC is a lot faster than the other ones I have and I'm using it on my TV so I don't have to do all my spreadsheet on my old ones. It has such a small footprint that you hardly notice it. Great system and very fast. Thank you. I will need another one in a month or 2 so be ready :)
