I love my new Mini IT15, I still find it hard to believe that this small box has so much power compared to the big and heavy desktop I used to have. This may be all I ever need.

Our second Geekom purchase (the first was an XT12), this IT12 replaced my wife's older large Windows 10 desktop. Even though the old machine had fast SSD drive, the Geekom IT12 runs rings around it. She is very pleased with the new machine and it has worked flawlessly so far. It came packaged VERY well. The little things like the mounting hardware and the thank you note were a pleasant addition.

My new KM-Combo1 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set is an exceptional working keyboard & mouse combo. The receiver works much better than my previous one, allowing me to use them while sitting on my sofa and control everything when I want to relax and use my PC. I often wire my PC to my big-screen TV, and with my previous mouse & keyboard, connectivity was sometimes lost. Not so with my new KM-Combo1 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set. Not to mention the instant Plug and Play made installation a non-issue as there was no setup at all. I removed the old receiver, put in the new one, and continued my work without so much as a blip except for a small notice from Windows 11 Pro OS on my new GEEKOM Mini IT13, 13th Gen PC that I am also pleased with. I have retired after 25 years as a PC Technician and still need high-quality computing hardware. I can no longer build a new top-of-the-line PC twice a year, so I wanted a good machine that I could afford and last, I hope, five years or more. Geekom has made a name for itself in this new Mini PC arena. I will continue to turn to them in the future. I almost forgot a major, for me, plus with the PC. NO BLOATWARE AT ALL!!! Support has been there when I need it, which seldom happens, I have zero cons, the unit is small and very quick, I added an approved camera for face recognition and now I'm logged in before that first sip of coffee.

I thought the staff at Geekom were very helpful when I asked questions on their website. They were very informative and gave me a lot of information to help me make a purchasing decision.
