I was extremely disappointed. The exterior of my collectors box was dented up. I did not receive my package on time and missed the entire early access that I took time off work and school for. I was refunded my shipping cost, but it is clear that paying for expedited shipping is totally fraudulent. You sell expedited shipping and then print standard ground labels in order to pocket the difference. This is shameful and I will never purchase from the Bethesda store again unless you find a new distributor.

My purchase did not include the charger for the watch, making it entirely non functional. I opened a ticket with the Bethesda Gear Store and was told to message bethesda directly, and they could do nothing/would not help. I opened a ticket with Bethesda directly on 9/19 and have yet to get any kind of response or help from them either. I would never do business with Bethesda store again, they do not care about their products and will just send you to Bethesda directly - which they apparently have zero involvement with
