Never buying a prerelease from Bethesda again. Didn’t receive product until two weeks after delivery. They didn’t seem to care when I reached out about this. Also lost my early access for my purchase. Very disappointed.

My experience with the Bethesda Gear store was great. Being in the UK I knew that delivery would be a little longer and I was pleased that the store did ship internationally. The item itself arrived within a week. It was a really good service.

Shipping quality is garbage and Bethesda's customer service is TERRIBLE.

The shipping process was a little confusing because it would state (shipped) but nothing showed up until the week before the game was released. Other than that everything was straight forward and easy.

Packaging was good. Shipping wasn't.
