Cushions melted and emitted smoke. Customerservice did not stand behind the product. Cushions ruined after less than two months. Do not buy.

Product arrived with slight damage to the back rest (slight dent). Poor packaging around the perimeter. Product did ship promptly which was a plus.

I guess since this item was "final sale", the fact that it is defective in more than one way does not warrant a refund. Unfortunate.

plastic wicker breaking within 2 years from being outside. Unfortunately this company will not just sell you the replacement seat wicker parts(seat and backrest) which would be easy to make the chairs good as new. I ended up having to purchase the entire chair again which is unnecessary since the arm/side sections are fine and will last without rusting. That is the entire reason I went with aluminum but if you can’t just replace wicker it’s better to just buy a cheaper chair and replace every few years.

This mirror is even better in person. Beautifully crafted. Fits perfectly. Full length visual. Exactly what I was wanting. Mounted on wall with French cleat hardware.

It was apparent that one of the chairs had been previously returned and was missing the hardware package. The fire table arrived damaged and took 2 1/2 weeks of back and forth to get resolved. Very frustrating experience.

We ordered a lot of furniture from GDF and one of the larger and most expensive pieces arrived broken and unusable. I emailed customer service and have gotten no response at all. Very disappointing, would not recommend. You can get the same stuff elsewhere that probably arrives intact and with better customer service. Don’t risk it!
