It was impossible to track
It was impossible to track my parcel as I didn’t get any delivery updates so it was only by sheer luck I was at home when the parcel arrived. The tree was extremely well packaged and arrived in, what looks like, perfect condition. I’ve not assembled the tree yet but it looks really good quality and the branches are quite realistic looking. I would buy from this business again.

He arrived safely and was delivered politely. Waiting for the arrival of the nutcracker was worth it. I love the bright colours and the fact it’s battery operated allows me to put him anywhere I like. I got him at a bargain price which is a great win.

Prompt delivery and communication good quality set with minimal construction needed. Only negative was no communication from the delivery company to arrange a delivery day, you just had to track it online and hope you were in once everything had been processed.

Excellent company to deal with. Bought same tree last year. Tree superb until just after Xmas, contacted company to enquire about a replacement but out of stock, sent me a total refund!! Order new tree this year and ordered incorrect tree, contacted company who sent me a replacement free of cost. I returned in correct tree. Would strongly recommend this firm.
