The installer arrived on time. He installed perfectly and took all packages back. I am very happy. The price is also quite reasonable. I definitely recommend.

I recently purchased a garden shed from the Eco range and the customer service I received from the outset was fantastic. I was regularly updated on the status of the delivery and the shed arrived as organised. I also engaged an installer to install the shed and was very happy with the service and quality provided. Would definitely recommend.

I collected the shed last week after placing an order with Garden Shed about a week previously. I found the reps very helpful and the efficiency of the packing and delivery process is of a very high standard. All the parts identified on the instructions were there and the diagrams in the instructions are very easy to follow. There were only a couple of minor things that relate to the shed itself and these were fixable - but one thing confuses me - why are there only two padbolt receivers (staples) when there are three padbolts? I kept thinking that I have done something wrong but even on the kit list it appears that the kit is one staple missing and this will be for the front of the shed door. Surely, I don't have to go and buy just a staple, which will probably be very difficult without buying a full padbolt set, which I don't need. I need to see what the sheds looked like. I saw other sites offering sheds but I could not see the designs and on this site I could. Thats why I bought my shed here. I could also put in the measurements and it all seemed logical and not to cluttered with information.

Easy to put together top quality excellent price

They say the definition of customer service is how you handle it when things go wrong. After a great presales experience, the wrong shed arrived in Sydney, but Jay at Garden Shed (who also answered my questions prior to purchase, swung quickly into action and arranged for an exchange. So despite a delay of a week or so, unhandyman me put together the Eco range Spacesaver (more an outdoor cupboard than a real bloke shed, but all my Bondi garden can accommodate) and then got my handy bro to help erect it (this does need two people). The outcome is as expected, it was about 60% of the price of Bunnings and Jay solved my challenge in a prompt and friendly manner. 5/5 but lose a point for the error in ordering/logistics which quite possibly was an error at the supplier end. Great service, thanks Jay!

I am impressed with the quick responses to my emails. I'm also very impressed with the customer service given by the way of immediate notifications of updates on the progress of my order. As yet I have not received my shed order but if the customer service is anything to go by, then I am expecting a good product.

Fantastic service and at the right price Would definitely use you again as well as telling all my friends.

Had no problems until sliding the last panel into place. The ridge cap caught on some screws on the roof panel. I eventually managed to wriggle the panel into place but I had to get everything square and level first. Now that it is finished I am very happy with the shed.

I got a top price on my shed model, and got great service to back it up in initially sorting out a problem on the website, and then when I mistakenly thought I was missing a bonus extra on collecting the kit.

I previously sent a review but now have assembled the shed. The shed is of sturdy construction, the marking of each component was very helpful. Very happy with the product @ everything fitted well. Vincent Desgand
