Red-light is something everyone should incorporate into there routine for a healthy and happy life. Trust me, this light will change your life for the better.

I love using this reading light. The red light is so soothing and there are three different levels of light. I normally use the lowest and it's a great way to help me unwind for the night with a good book. I definitely recommend purchasing this, you'll love it!

I bought the gamma light bulb after reading science related articles about how it can improve the brain and memory. My brain has been impacted by menopause and chemo, and I have always been a bit ditsy. I am always trying science based products to improve my health and longevity. I use this light for about a half an hour every day while I read. We shall see if it helps. I appreciate the fast shipping and protective packaging.

We have a Gamma Lights in our two homes (winter/summer). My wife has had difficulties with sleep quality for years. Since we purchased the first light, she truly believes and can feel that using the light by her bed for at least 30-40 min before she sleeps has really helped her not only with her sleep but its quality. The key is no other light in the room apart from the red light. She reads a Kindle with a black background and low light intensity which does not interfere. The Gamma Light is very helpful for sleep quality. We recommend it. Gamma Light therapy.

Great product!

I use this light on a nightstand before going to bed. The metal base is a capacitive touch switch and this is a great feature. I don’t have to fiddle about locating a mechanical switch in the dark. You can touch anything metal to the base and it will turn on/off. Even Mylar bags will activate the switch. Due to the inherent 40hz light effect, it’s not a light you should expect to leisurely read printed material under. You can read under it if you need to, it might take some getting used to. The light is great if you need to light up a room quickly without overbearing house lights.

Delivered swiftly and the products look well-made. However, whilst another reviewer noted that customs charges were already paid, I got a 50% (!!!) fee to pay upon delivery! It took the gloss off my excitement somewhat. Have only used for a few days so far, will re-review at about the 2 month mark in terms of effectiveness.

I am using olfactory stimulation to improve memory. By using hte digital light timer, I can have the diffuser turn on in the middle of the night so I don't notice it and it doesn't keep me awake. The timer works very well.
