I was a bit bummed when my sound player stopped working. But I contacted the team and they got right back to me with solutions. And immediately said if the reset did not work they would send out another one. No jumping through hoops, just results. Thanks Team.

Love this little book light. This is something I asked you all to create and a travel version a few years ago and I’m so grateful you did. I have a serious sleep issue and couldn’t read at night because of needing the lights on, but now I can and I love it so so much! 5 stars all around. Thank you!! (But P. S. Your email made me type this twice and when the link opened I had to do it again! That should be fixed, because you might lose a lot of reviews from people who made the effort and don’t want to do it twice in a row!)
