Ordered online. Received immediate email confirmation of my order. It was a pleasant surprise to also receive an email notice once my order was delivered. The recipient is experiencing health challenges so personal acknowledgement was not expected to be immediate. It was nice to know that the flowers had arrived in time for Christmas.
