I ordered the Peachy Dream arrangement mainly because of the look in the photos. . . this open, wild-garden kind of vibe with a couple of flowers I'd honestly never seen before that were really textured and different. It wasn't a cheap order, and that's exactly why I picked it. They called before delivery to say a few flowers weren't in stock and offered similar substitutes, to which I agreed. Turns out 'similar' just meant same-ish color. The flowers that actually made this arrangement look different from anything else got replaced with much more generic, plain-looking ones. What showed up was tight, round, and kind of bland. I understand substitutions happen when specific flowers aren't in season, that's normal. But if the key flowers shown in the listing aren't available, the listing shouldn't be active, or at minimum, customers should know exactly what specific varieties are being swapped before agreeing, not just 'similar flowers. ' Similar should mean similar in type and shape/texture, not just color. I'd ordered from them before and that time it actually worked out well, substitution and all. This time it just didn't, and the price stayed the same even though the quality of the arrangement clearly didn't. Side note: customer service and delivery were both great, no complaints there. Just wish the substitution had stayed closer to what I actually paid for.
