Great products, great follow up via email and it’s nice that the emails are more than just “hey, buy more stuff”, there is actually good info in the emails. Website is well laid out and easy to navigate. Products are phenomenal, I’ve used at least a dozen different stacks from different companies and am thrilled with this one. Maybe mine was a “one off” but shipping was pretty slow, but all things considered that’s not a big deal.
