Website says items will ship in 2 business days, I’ve waited almost two weeks for my product to arrive, I reorder because it’s taking so long and I was going to load my first week, but from what I can see my 2nd order hasn’t even shipped yet and I ordered on the 14th of dec it’s the 20th my first order was made on 9 Dec and still hasn’t arrived. if the shipping was better I would order more but at this point going to Amazon would be faster.

1. It's just regular creatine and is still gritty. Plus it still caused diarrhea. 2. If you want a refund, they make you print the shipping label and mail it back. Nobody has time for that, and it seems super stingy/odd (it has to be sent back even if it had been used. . . gross). Good customer service would be willing, in good faith, to take the hit and own up to the mistake. They say that it is "policy. " Their policy is terrible and should be changed. 3. After a couple of months after buying a 1-time purchase of creatine, I received an email that a second order had shipped. I didn't sign up for a subscription, and I didn't receive an email that I had a charge coming up, just an email saying it was shipped. A heads up would have been nice so that I could have at least cancelled it and not have to waste time returning their product. They said they emailed me. . . no, they didn't. . . just got a lot of obnoxious emails trying to get me to buy their products. Please don't buy from these people. Their ads come across as a wee bit griftish.

Overall just not a good experience. I’m on day 60 of the creatine and it has been nothing but trouble for my body. It for some reason does not sit well with my stomach and causes me to be uncomfortable. I got off it, which it got better, then tried it again and the same thing happened. Trying to return this on day 60, which is says “Return Product within 60 days. ” They are saying it needs to be there in 60 days so won’t give me a refund. No flexibility or looking out for the customer. Guess I won’t buy any of their other products ever.

Extremely poor customer service. Have sent 4 e-mails to their "support" e-mail address and even one to "Braven Grant" and all have gone into the e-mail black hole. All I was trying to do was slow the pace of deliveries . . after being ignored I cancelled all together. The product is not that good to have to put up with no customer service.

I haven't even received my order yet and I'll never order from this company again. Been almost 2 weeks and haven't received my product. Pretty sure they use snail mail. There's a reason why Amazon is the leader in product orders.

You will not find worst customer service. I stopped using this company over a year ago because they would took weeks to ship an order. I was hoping it changed by now, but I can see it isn’t the case. I’ve been waiting days now for my order to ship and I’ll I’ve gotten was countless promo emails from them. I’ll never be using this company again. Not worth the headache.

I bought this product before and I really liked it. They offered a sale on it for a great price, so I had no regrets buying it. This time around I see they are offering a similar sale, but after buying they say the free committed challenge will be locked in and you can’t cancel until the second renewal, even though the offer says you can cancel any time. Now I have to send my creatine back to get a refund. All I wanted was the creatine at a good price.

I have been using creatine since the early 80s and have tried many brands. This Creatine is by far the best I have ever used. It mixes well and no bloating or cramping. The Protein is excellent, although the chocolate is a little bitter but it is a great product with no gassy effects. I will definitely continue to use their products.

Absolutely the best creatine I have ever seen. It dissolves completely and painlessly. I the put on twelve pounds in two and a half weeks. No bloating or water weight.

Started on the creatine today and it mixed instantly, nothing remained in the bottom of the shaker and no grit when drinking.

My only gripe is that shipping is extremely slow.

This company blows me away with how much they actually care about their customers from caring customer service to incredibly generous gifts and discounts and everything in between.

Ordered the free travel pack and a couple of regular bags of creatine. Had an address error and my order shipped to the wrong address. The team at gains in bulk took care me right away and made sure my order was sent out that day. Received it a few days later. Huge shout out to Matt Palmer. I’m seriously blown away by not only the quality of the product but by their customer service team. Absolutely 100% recommend them. Think we found our new supp spot!

The creatine isn't as advertised. I've been stirring a scoop of it in a cup of water for 10 mins and it never dissolved. Just sank to the bottom. Still a good product though.

I purchased some creatine, and it came with some free stuff like a shaker cup (which I needed) and even a funnel to pour the creatine into. My order was shipped on time and also came with a note of motivation to inspire me to keep working out! Really cool company and awesome service! Highly recommend!😃💪
