Dear Gaala, 4 stars because
Dear Gaala, 4 stars because and ONLY because the Product is amazing. I love so much the design, the shape and the fiber. However !!!! Your service is non existant - you don’t know how to create a relationship with your online client… I am wondering… is it a robot behind instagram ? I rather perfer unfollow Gaala on instagram to not remember this lack of personality behind. Bug tips : For a niche brand, we expect to have a much more personalised experience. What happen ? Size wasn’t good because the sizing is incorrect, I ordered an S, I receive a 36. I am working in fashion, that’s completely wrong (by the way). So I ask on instagram and we gave me an adresse mail specifically for the size. After 3 days, no reply. I ask why? They told me : no reply during the weekend. 2 weeks after : I am still waiting for their reply hahah ! Hopefully, right mov - I am very happy, but all thanks to me. Otherwise, I woud have been very very very unhappy and from 4 stars I woud have rate 1 star + return the piece for sure.

I have always loved the
I have always loved the design, fabric, and quality of my Gaala purchases. However, I am a bit frustrated with the Gaala society. While I am in the highest tier, there are so many rules which prevent you from freely using your points (for instance you cannot use a discount code at the same time of redeeming your points) which kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion. I hope there will be some changes allowing the loyal customers to use their gifts/points more freely.

I found Gaâla because I was looking for a dress for a wedding. The customer service is great. The shipping was fast and the packaging was so beautiful. It’s plastic free. The clothes are not in plastic but in cotton bags. I love that detail. All in all a very good experience.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Website und dem Kundenservice von Gaala. Der Service ist immer sehr höflich und antwortet schnell. Manchmal kommt es zu einer Verzögerung der Lieferung, das finde ich aber nicht schlimm, weil ich darüber immer in Kenntnis gesetzt wurde und immer dafür eine Entschädigung erhalten habe. Außerdem entspricht das dem Konzept, etwas gegen Fast Fashion zu tun, deshalb finde ich diesen Umstand sogar eher angebracht. Das einzige, was ich etwas zu kritisieren habe, ist die Dauer der Rückgabe. Bei mir ist es zwei mal vorgekommen, dass ich fast anderthalb Monate darauf warten musste, dass ich mein Geld wieder gutgeschrieben bekommen habe. Der Kundenservice hat sich sehr bemüht, dennoch hat das etwas lange gedauert. Ansonsten bin ich aber wirklich begeistert von der Qualität und dem Design und dem Service und danke Ihnen vielmals für Ihre großartige Arbeit!
