the packaging is amazing - I love the linen pouches that the dresses are delivered in. And the details of the delivery boxes is superb. Always delivered on time, even earlier.

I really love your online shop – an app would be amazing in the future! Your customer service is quick to respond and always very kind. I’m a big fan of your clothing designs and the quality of your fabrics. That said, I do feel that some items made from viscose or rayon seem slightly overpriced. The only real downside I’ve experienced is the refund process – waiting over four weeks for a refund is quite frustrating and really needs improvement. I hope this can be resolved soon!

The products are wonderful, shipping could be improved: it took longer than anticipated, the local delivery partner is dpd, known to be the worst, so I had a lot of trouble getting my package and it nearly got sent back.

The dress is absolutely beautiful and high quality with non-transparent fabric. I love that there are pockets!
