I got the mild mint. It's so mild I can't taste any mint. The taste isn't bad, but it isn't great, especially with rinsing not recommended. I will say my mouth tastes better when I wake up in the morning. I'll have to wait a bit to see if my dental hygenist sees good results.

It has been a noticeable improvement in the way my mouth “feels”, and my teeth are so smooth! I know it will only get better.

I bought this and another that has 10% hydroxyapatite. I like theirs a little better.

Great toothpaste. Highly recommend. Got vanilla it tastes good and my teeth are actually getting whiter. I didn’t expect that but they are. Also my daughter loves it.
