Long story short, I had a subscription ship without any warning. They said they send a courtesy email 3 days before, but I did not have a reminder in any of my inboxes, spam, OR even trash. Our financial situation had changed and I could no longer afford a $123 order. I reached out to customer service within an hour about needing the order to NOT be fulfilled and it took them 3 days to respond to my message. By that time, it was too late to stop it from being sent. We decided to start the return process and customer service assured me that it would be no problem. The package arrived, I slapped a return label on it, and sent it back. Two weeks later, I still had no acknowledgement from FYGG, even through the carrier said the package was delivered. I finally reached out to FYGG and it took another few days to get a response. It has been ANOTHER two weeks and FYGG is arguing that not all of the products were returned. I am out $77 for products that I do not have (and probably never received in the first place). I would love to update this saying that they made things right...but I have little hope after a month. As a family who is now on government financial assistance, this has caused considerable distress. I am just so surprised, because the company's whole deal comes across as wanting to care for people. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life.

I really tried with this one. I have bought it many times and overtime my teeth became discolored and stained! I changed to a different nano-hydro brand and within days my teeth were white again! Very disappointing that this one made my teeth look so terrible

You say your toothpaste is free from "harsh" or "unnecessary" ingredients but they include Xylitol. Xylitol is suspect for human health. Your toothpaste is often recommended and used in a "no rinse" situation, thus increasing the dosage effect. Why don't you have a Xylitol free option like Ohgigi Hydroxyapatite Organic Tooth Powder?

Finally, a toothpaste that isn't mint! I despise mint. The coconut cream flavor is divine. Please never stop making this!! Coconut + hydroxyapatite. Heaven.

I followed the directions on brushing my teeth. The toothpaste had a horrible aftertaste that I couldn’t get rid of. It was making me nauseous. This is a warning ‼️ I sent a message to the customer service team and received an email which didn’t answer my request. Just gave hours of operation. I don’t trust any of their products so I don’t want a store credit. In fact, I also ordered the Chocolate Swirl but haven’t tried yet to avoid the same problem. I also asked for a refund.

Reasonable shipping and prices overall. I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Hi Fygg, I'm super sad to say I'm not a big fan of these pastes. I don't like that they are so sweet and have a "sugar" in them, I don't think it needs to be there. My mouth feels like a sugar mouth afterward along with my breath. I'm so sad for this. Plus the directions say to not rinse the paste out of your mouth to get more benefit but it's gross to me to leave a sugar on my teeth and my breath to smell like sugar breath. I've tried all my products at least once to see if anything seems different but it doesn't, I'm considering a refund. Oh and I don't taste mint at all in the mint, only sweet. The vanilla flavor is terrible and wasn’t impressed with mint either. Breathe mints were also terrible

Love this brand and all their products!

I get my regular shipments and it’s convenient. After using Fygg I can’t go back to cheap grocery store toothpaste.

Poor packaging

I like the texture and am hoping it is everything it is claimed to be, since every possible thing in the grocery store is full of micro-plastic and chemicals.

Great product

Fygg is by far the best toothpaste I’ve ever used! It feels incredibly light and smooth, and best of all, it has a minimal ingredient list. It gives my teeth and microbiome exactly what they need to stay healthy, without any of the extra fluff.
