Purchased a mirror separately to our shower screens and requested for the product to be held and shipped out together later. I emailed them at the time of purchase and also tried calling on the next business day after purchasing, to confirm. They didn’t reply to my email or answer their phones. They then sent out mirror to the building site, which was not available for delivery. The item was not able to be delivered and then we finally had a response via email from future glass, saying that it would then be redelivered but no one could confirm when. To date the product has not been received and no one can confirm its wear abouts. Don’t buy from this company if you value customer service, a consistent contact or a person to talk directly to.

So far, extremely impressed. Everything feels high quality and solid. First time my contractor has installed this type of screen and advised he will be suggesting it to other clients. A little more to the install but worth it in my opinion. Will be interested to see how the rollers and finish live up to daily use but for now, 10/10.

Products are very good quality, however the instructions are misleading as they state the glass comes with fixtures and do not mention fitting channels. I searched every piece of packaging and found no fixings apart from rubbers in the channel cylinder.
