Started off using castor oil on my face, then my daughter bought me some carrot oil at Christmas and it came with a couple of free sachets. One being for muscles and joints. I do find this helps me after exercise and also my joints on my fingers are definitely not as swollen and tender. Will buy from this company again.

Right from the first use I noticed the difference. No more extreme dry scalp and/or stinging - I do use the shampoo together with the really good hair oil though. What a relief! I have tried tons of other organic/natural shampoos but this one is amazing. It smells nice, very mild.
