I had an extremely disappointing experience with The Furniture Gallery. I placed an order for a king mattress on 31/01/2026 and was advised at the time of purchase that it was in stock with an expected delivery timeframe of 16–18 weeks (I had to wait for the couch to get made). Instead, I ended up waiting 20 weeks and was still chasing updates myself. Communication throughout the process was poor. I had to repeatedly follow up for information, despite being promised delivery dates that were not met. I planned my day around a scheduled delivery only for it not to happen, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. What made the experience worse was the lack of proactive communication. Rather than being informed of delays ahead of time, I was left waiting and then chasing answers. Responses I received were generic and focused on “coordinating with operations” without providing clear or confirmed information. After 20 weeks of waiting, customers should not have to continue following up and reminding a business of its obligations. Delays can happen, but poor communication and unmet commitments are far harder to accept. Based on my experience, I would not recommend The Furniture Gallery.

Purchased a gift voucher but never received the link to print it. After several attempts to contact the company with no response back, I asked to be refunded! Still no response!!! Do not buy from this company they are not legitimate.

I bought a set of 4 midback cushions, and asked them to hold the next set to make sure the first set fit. I am now stuck with 4 cushions and I need 8, as I have written numerous emails to trigger another set that was apparently put on hold for me. Cannot contact anyone other than email and they don’t even reply! I am so upset as I now have 4 seat cushions that I paid a fortune for and I have an incomplete set! What a waste of money!
