Despatch a bit slow, but well packed and quick shipping. Beer yummy.

When producing and selling high end Ales I get that, on rare occasion, demand outstrips supply - and why wouldn't it! The sadness, which resembles a famous baked bean advert currently on TV, is when you get email notification that your shipment has been damaged in transit. Rarer than an underdog premiership league win, but it does occasionally happen (Leicester supporter)

A lot cheaper than the Supermarket

Two quick and easy purchases. Delivery was not as good as usual. DHL are normally way better than any other courier and tell you exactly when they are coming. On the first occasion they arrived an hour early and left my expensive parcels sitting outside my terraced house for anyone to walk off with! They then claimed that I (by name) had received the parcel, which I had not!

Only gave two stars because, although the beers I have had are excellent, I have only received half of my order and have been waiting almost two weeks for the other half.

Delivery was timely. Unfortunately one item hadn't been sent but a quick phone call sorted that out in a couple of minutes. Very good customer service.
