Packaging needs reviewing, numerous bottles broke on delivery. My email was quickly acted on and replacements sent without any hardship on my side. I appreciate this excellent customer service attitude, but the one star off reflects the external packaging. I just don't think it is good enough

Despatch a bit slow, but well packed and quick shipping. Beer yummy.

When producing and selling high end Ales I get that, on rare occasion, demand outstrips supply - and why wouldn't it! The sadness, which resembles a famous baked bean advert currently on TV, is when you get email notification that your shipment has been damaged in transit. Rarer than an underdog premiership league win, but it does occasionally happen (Leicester supporter)
