I ordered my fabric over the holidays and it was shipped quite quickly. Once I received the package, I realized one of the fabrics was not the one I had ordered. Not to worry though, I contacted the owner and she was quick to send out the correct fabric at no extra charge. Excellent customer service! I will be ordering again!

I love the quality of the fabric, especially the Art Gallery fabrics; the colours were perfect for what I needed. The order did come in a timely manner, even with the postal disruptions. I have mentioned your “shop” to a couple of fellow quilters, hopefully they will be sending in orders, too! No, I’m not a member of the monthly group; maybe, one day.

I’ve had great success with this mail order fabric. It has been exactly as pictured and comes in a timely matter. Plan to continue using them and have recommended to friends too. Keep it up!

I bought a few yards of an Essex linen and a couple yards each of some solids that were marked down. I got an email the next day saying that the linen was oversold, but more was coming, and asking if I could wait for the linen, while the solids could be shipped right away. I agreed to that plan and waited for my separate packages to arrive. I emailed to check in after a couple weeks (there was a postal strike and it was Christmas), and was told that the linen was expected that day and everything would ship the next morning. I got a notification the next day that my package was en route and it arrived shortly after. I was okay with waiting for the linen to come back in stock, but why offer to split the order, and then not do it? It just caused a bit of confusion for me. I'm glad it all got here eventually and the quality is great. Thanks!

Purchased this fabric on a whim and was pleasantly surprised by the genuinely friendly customer service. The fabric is beautiful quality and at an excellent price. A panicked question from me was answered right away. I was also kept up to date on delivery. I've signed up for emails. I'm not a quilter and have only recently just started sewing again after an approximate 15 years hiatus, but I will look forward to using the website again.
