My recent order from Friday’s Off fabric arrived as promised and the fabric is top quality! Colours as shown, beautiful!

I ordered a tiny amount of fabric and everything with my purcHase went through. I stopped looking for fabric since I thought my order would be shipped. I heard nothing until a week and a half later - “your order has been cancelled and your card refunded” - apparently they double sold! I understand that things get depleted but it really shouldn’t have taken that long. Also there was no sincere apology in the email. They could have been nicer about screwing me over. Perhaps offered a discount on a future purchase or an expedited delivery of another fabric of my choice. Regardless I won’t be buying fabric through here ever again - and thanks for delaying my project.

Pure Canadian

You’ve asked me to review your product that I have yet to receive. It has been 12 business days since placing my order. I find this unacceptable considering you state in your order confirmation email that you cut and ship within 48 hours of order placement (Mon-Fri). I received an email dated March 13 that my order would be shipped “soon” (7 business days after my order). I ordered fabric from a competitor further west of you (further away from me) and I received my order within five business days (this is normal with this business). Despite reviews of this nature (prolonged wait times etc), I decided to support your small business in hopes that you have addressed this concern for your customers. At times you place blame on Canada Post for prolonged delivery times - if this was the problem, an easy solution would be to provide the customer tracking information. Unfortunately my first experience with you will be my last.

I’m very happy with the fabric received and the timely delivery. I placed my order for clearance fabric during a significant sale and expected that to cause at least a little delay, but my fabric still arrived within a week! Great service!

Packaged carefully. Bundle was put together by the shop and it is wonderful. My only complaint is it took several days before it was shipped which was a bit disappointing as other Toronto shops usually ship same or next day.

Having moved to a small, northern town, fabric selection and fair prices are unavailable. So, on line shopping it is! Fridays Off are a great company to deal with. Beautiful fabrics, at fair prices, with a fast turn around from order to shipping.
