The tea leaves do have a lot of smaller fragments in there, though- which does lead to them getting stuck in the holes of my infuser. Other than that, it’s good.

I’ve been drinking light and medium roasts for a while now and wanted to see if my old taste for darker roasts could be rekindled by the Ugandan med-dark roast. At first, it was way too roasted for my taste but it has grown on me a little since then. I brew in my Fellow Aiden pourover style brewer and going to thiner filters that drain faster has helped a bit. Wish FRC would publish Aiden brewing profiles for all of their coffees! Still think that after finishing this bag I will return to the light and medium roasts.
