Our auto drip coffee machine died recently and my wife and i purchased a semi automatic espresso machine for her retirement. We have tried a couple coffee clubs and grocery store beans but this has surpassed them all. Easy to order, plenty of choices, freshly roasted, and it performs well and tastes like we hoped for.

The love the Costa Rica Tarrazu coffee. It makes a great cup of coffee hot or cold. The fact the you roast this type of coffee at medium roast, show me you now how to roast your beans correctly.

I love organic Black Knight decaf and drink it every time when the caffeine level in my body from regular Black Knight is sufficient to get me through the day, but I still want some more. So, I am fooling myself or trying to do so by using decaf. Both decaf and reg Black Knight do not have excessive acidity and bitterness and are rather smooth while drinking as latte, au lait or even espresso. There are mainly 2 things that concerns me. First, when I purchase the Black Knight decaf for the first time, it was described as a Swiss Water decaf. Probably, due to the trademark regulations, FRC stopped using the term though I would prefer a basic explanation in the revised description of the product and changes to the process, if any. Second, recently I noticed that only some of FRC sold organic coffees are described as “toxicologically safe and in full compliance. No detectable levels of mold, Aflatoxin, Ochratoxin, or pesticides were identified in the analyzed sample” – neither reg, nor decaf Black Knight coffees are among the tested. Does it mean that they are not toxicologically safe?
