Standard shipping nothing special

This tin doesn't seal like it is supposed to. It was damaged from the moment I got it and my pouches dry out so fast using this.

Shipping and service from FRE was good. We are often spoiled with same day or next day delivery from other services/companies, but for a nicotine product I have no complaints.

Fast shipping but didn’t like the product

Shipping could be quicker. Especially from order time to shipment.

Pouches are great! The slim green can is perfect size.

Shipping got lost and immediately asked if I wanted a new one to be sent

Excellent service

Great product and quick delivery

Customer service leaves something to be desired.

Keep up the great work and the best flavor in town!!!

It was on time

Shipping was a little slower than expected but overall good experience.

Asked to receive my monthly shipment early and it came right away.

Shipping sucks and the customer support with the sucky shipping, sucks worse. I have emailed three times regarding two botched deliveries and received zero responses.

Some good some bad, in the end, not worth the money. Velo is cheaper and better

The wintergreen pouches are the best out there! The BEST

Very difficult to get to the page where I can change or see my subscription. Having to re-login at every step makes it such a pain.

I found y’all through Justin nunley and let me say I’ve stop dipping and vaping and I’m love y’all’s products
