Product was not what I expected so I reached out to customer service and they only deal with damaged packages so don’t waste your money, buy rogue or zyn!

I really enjoy the watermelon flavor. It is a close second to my go to flavor Lush. I will order again in the future.

First off, huge fan of your stuff—normally your nicotine pouches are my go-to for that clean, discreet hit without the drama. I recently ordered a 5-can pack and was super excited when it arrived… until I popped open the tins. Every single can was full of yellow, semi-hard pouches. Not the usual fresh, soft, ready-to-go vibes I’m used to. They looked like they’d been sunbathing in the desert for a week or maybe auditioning for a role as “vintage cheese. ” I’m talking full-on banana-yellow with a texture that was more “crunchy” than “comfortable under the lip. ” What’s up with that? Did my batch get the special “extra aged” treatment? Or did they accidentally swap in some experimental “Sun-Ripened” flavor I didn’t order? 😄 No mold or weird smells, just… a very surprising new aesthetic. I’d love to hear what happened (heat during shipping? A batch with extra personality?) and, if possible, get a replacement sent out so I can get back to enjoying FRE the way it’s meant to be—moist, mellow, and not resembling a traffic cone. The bag for the mega packs could use a revamp. It never fails, I will rip the bag apart trying to open the seal, either make the seal easier to open or the bag thicker so the seal opens before the bag rips. But them 15's will change your life, I love FRE pouches.
