Shipping sucks and the customer support with the sucky shipping, sucks worse. I have emailed three times regarding two botched deliveries and received zero responses.

Great flavor and they're perfect when they're actually moist, but the fill of the pouch and the moisture is inconsistent. The last five pack I bought, the first container I opened had a few broken open and emptied out all over the rest of them. They're also cheaper to buy at local gas stations because the shipping on the website is pretty high.

Frepouch is getting a 4 star only because shipping took longer than expected. Other wise everything else is great. Plan ahead and order a week and a half in advance.

I really enjoy the watermelon flavor. It is a close second to my go to flavor Lush. I will order again in the future.

My absolute favorite brand of all time. I’ve tried them all, Zyn, rogue, alpha, etc. . but most will obliterate my inner lip. Not the Fre’s tho. Customer for life!
