Note that if you opt to pick up your product from a local bike store, the 'ready for pick up' status means its ready at the store and not ready to be transported to the store! Anyway, the guys in customer service are quick to respond if you have any issues. A good all round service.

Easy order and checkout. Wheel delivered on time and was undamaged although no packing around axle resulting in some damage to box presumably from shipping.
