Initial bike build was sloppy but phone support pretty good

I recently by a bike but I can't say the process was nice and smooth, if you don't call them to ask for updates they will never update the site and you wilt be in the dark. Plus they never told me that the bike and the battery will arrive in 2 different shipments and 1 day apart. Their costumer service is nice but the delivery is really bad I took more than 9 days to get my bike.
