Delivery was ahead of schedule, packaging was amazing, really protected the pan. The follow up by the company to make sure everything was okay was above my expectations. Actually, the entire transaction exceeded my expectations in every way.

We could not find this locally, found this size online, It worked and fit perfectly, so we ordered 4 more. It was perfectly packaged (crated) NO DAMAGE in shipment. The price point was also value. I haven’t ordered because you made it almost impossible to do business,all I wanted to do was purchase an item as quoted and have it delivered. What should have been a breeze was a nightmare all do to delivery of said items to forms of payment accepted. Ive yet failed to understand why so problematic

So far so good. The ordering process was very well organized. Solid and courteous customer service. When the person who sent me an email was unavailable, another person assisted me in my order confirmation so that I did not need to call back. Hoping that speed of delivery and product match up!

The aluminum rolling shower commode chair is perfect. Our customer service rep found the chair we were looking at in stock and gave us all the measurements that we were unsure about reading the online description. The chair came through as described, was very easy to assemble and makes life much easier!
