I followed the Fred and Far movement for several months before I actually purchased anything. I had been going through a really difficult time in my life dealing with chronic back pain, a knee injury and eventually surgery and physical therapy to relearn to walk and rebuild my strength, family problems, self doubt and sexism/harassment at work and on top of that the COVID-19 pandemic changed how I lived my life. I finally bought my first ring in July and love it! I wear at least one Fred and Far ring everyday and all of the pieces I’ve bought are amazing quality. It is a great visual reminder to make time for myself, to be patient and understanding with myself and to prioritize what I need to be fulfilled and happy. Since then I’ve bought several more, I love jewelry and love having options! The limited edition pieces have been amazing and I wish I could buy them all. Can’t wait to see what Melody makes next!
