The mini ring feels so perfect and delicate, yet strong and secure on my finger. It's absolutely lovely and the sizing was perfect. The ring sizer I ordered separately helped me find just the right size for my pinky finger.

A beautiful, unique reminder to love me
I love the physical beauty of my self love pinky ring, but I love the symbolism even more. It's a true reminder to celebrate and take care of myself because I am truly the one who knows what I need. Taking care of the ring, using the recommended instructions, has also added to my journey. I realize that in order to maintain the beauty of the ring I have to care for it a certain way and that's what I have to do for myself. The self love pinky ring is wonderfully made and arrives in the most unique and gorgeous display / gift box. Even if I'm not putting it on, I still catch a glimpse of it and my resolve to do right by myself is heightened. I'm so pleased with my purchase!

I first heard about Fred+Far in April 2016 during a trip to Peru. A girl in my tour group was wearing one and when she told me about the mission, I had to be a part of it. I saved up and in February 2017 bought a black spinel and sterling silver pinky ring. Since then I've purchased a few other rings, a necklace and two books. However, it isn't just the purchases that keep me an active member; it's Melody, the founder, and the community that she has created! Though I've never met her, we've chatted over Instagram and I've confided in her things that only my closest friends know. She's celebrated my accomplishments and shared some of my published pictures and poems. She's also shared kind words when I'm going through hard times. Her spirit is kind and her heart stretches across the world and I love to see and learn about all the other amazing women she supports and lifts up. I am beyond grateful for being a part of this community. It started with a simple, beautiful ring and it's turned into a consistent reminder to love myself and be kind to myself, because to quote another great self love guru, "if you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?!" - RuPaul
