Bottle arrived scratched. The lid does not match up to the Frank Green logo - small thing that really irritates my Neurodivergence. Most annoyingly tho was when I emailed to report it was scratched on arrival the ai email bot directed me to a website form to report this, but it keeps saying my email isn’t recorded as having purchased anything, so I am unable to report. I tried the chat feature on the website, ran into the same problem. Emailed them again to have the same AI agent replying to me. Send a message to their Facebook account, no response. generally I love frank green, and I purchased this after losing my last one this size. I got my one engraved, hoping that if I lose it again there is more chance of getting it back. I know that in the bigger scheme of things a small scratch is no big deal, but it was a disappointing start to my new relationship with this bottle. To be honest with you it is mostly the customer service, or lack there of where I have had the most issue. Would be nice to be contacted by human, not a Chat GPT agent.
