The bag is phenomenal for both quality and usability. Despite its relatively small size, I’m able to pack significant amounts into it, and I’ve completely forgone a backpack for most work trips now in favor of this. I bought the bag specifically to bring to client meetings (rather than said backpack) and have consistently received positive comments on it.
