I first discovered Frank Clegg through Permanent Style, and suffice to say they did not disappoint. The quality of the bag is exceptional! The leather is supple yet holds its shape, and the hardware and stitching feel very solid. Frank Clegg’s customer service was great too, as I asked to have my bag made with silver-colored hardware instead of brass, which they did without a problem. The bag is a joy to use, and I expect it to last a very long time.

Amazing product! Durable, great design, highly functional. Full of great little details as that stands vertically by itself, the zipper could be opened with only one hand (great for airports) and that has a removable internal base that keeps its shape even if this not fully loaded among others. I receive compliments every week about how great this briefcase looks.
