Seems like nice quality, but was a total disappointment. The black frame is so small. It’s barely bigger than the border of the tv. I wish we would have gotten the sample first. We could have saved $400. Doesn’t really even look like there’s a frame on there. And since we got it through the company that does the tv installs, we never got the usb drive for the artwork. And now the remote sensor is blocked and our Apple TV remote can’t control the volume any more.

Nice company to work with. It is as easy to place my order and the delivery was very fast. By my mistake I had to return my original frame and choose a different color. The return process was seamless as well.

Great customer services across the board! I ordered a frame and then saw another frame that I wanted to explore. I contacted Deco Frames via live chat and they were able to put the order on hold while I ordered more samples to test. I ended up going with another frame and their team members were able to update my order and get the new frame sent out to me quickly. The frame was easy to put together, fit perfectly, and looks great!

Frame looks great! We failed to understand how it blocked the motion/light sensor on the tv. Google led me to the stand alone sensor on their site. On the sensor page, they gave great information. Check it out. . in short told how it could be useful but also gave examples of how customers adjusted TV settings and didn’t need it. Called customer service about the discount. He also explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision. Great customer service. Fast delivery. Looks custom .

The corner sample arrived broken at the miter joint, however that really doesn’t affect my future purchase as I know the joinery is different in the actual frame. I’m highly considering this frame but CC may order another sample
